Return and Refund Policy for Ghost Box Hub, including Tarot Card Readings

1. General

Thank you for engaging with Ghost Box Hub. Whether you've purchased a tangible product or have sought our tarot card reading services, we aim to ensure satisfaction. Here's our comprehensive return and refund policy for all our offerings.

2. Right to Cancel

For tangible goods: You have the right to cancel your order within 3 days without giving any reason. 

For tarot card readings: Due to their personalized and intangible nature, tarot card readings cannot be cancelled once they've been conducted and delivered.

3. Conditions for Returns

For tangible goods:

• The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• The product must be in the original packaging.
• You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

4. Exemptions

• Items that have been personalized or customized.
• Sale items.
• Digital products, including tarot card readings, or services that have been delivered with your acceptance.
• Any other type of non-tangible, irrevocable goods.

Please note: Ghost Box Hub reserves the right to refuse a return on any product or service that does not meet the above criteria.

5. Returns Process

To initiate a return for tangible goods, please contact us at opheliafey@ghostboxhub.  We will require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return (for tangible goods), we will notify you by email. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

For tarot card readings: Due to their personalized and intangible nature, tarot card readings are non-refundable once they have been conducted and delivered.

7. Shipping Costs for Returns

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning tangible items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for tangible goods, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
